Collegiate Peaks Eyecare does not participate in the networks of major vision plans, such as VSP or Eyemed. However, you may still be eligible for reimbursement for services rendered at our practice through your insurance company's out-of-network benefits. While you may initially pay for services out-of-pocket, you can submit your claim to your insurance company for reimbursement according to your plan's out-of-network policies.

It's important to note that we do participate with HealthFirst (Medicaid) as well as Medicare and most major Medical Insurances. Furthermore, for medical services, including evaluations and treatments for conditions such as cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, injuries, and infections, we have the ability to file claims directly to your medical plan.
